Divine Reset Retreat

Welcome to the website and booking platform for the Divine Reset Retreat (the "Retreat"), hosted and operated by The Positive Growth Doctor, LLC ("Host", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website, browsing our content, or purchasing a ticket to the Retreat, you ("Participant", "Client", "you", or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not purchase a ticket.

1. Mandatory Signed Agreement Requirement

Purchasing a ticket through this website secures your financial registration for the Retreat. However, your actual attendance is strictly contingent upon your completion of our standalone Participant Agreement, Liability Waiver, and Track Selection Form (the "Customer Agreement").

The Deadline: You will receive a link to digitally sign the Customer Agreement via email immediately after checkout. This must be signed and submitted within 48 hours of booking.

Failure to Sign: If you fail to sign the Customer Agreement within the specified timeframe, the Host reserves the right to cancel your registration and open your spot to the waitlist, subject to the non-refundable deposit terms outlined below.

2. Pricing, Payments, and Registration

Local Event Status: Because the Retreat takes place at Teter Retreat & Organic Farm in Noblesville, Indiana, and is tailored as a drive-in event, ticket prices cover the on-site itinerary, programming, and specified meals only. Ticket prices do not include personal transportation, vehicle fuel, or individual domestic travel insurance.

3. Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy

Because the Host secures non-refundable venue rentals, catering contracts, and material costs months in advance, we enforce a strict tiered cancellation policy:

The Deposit: Any initial deposit required at booking is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

60+ Days Prior to the Retreat: Cancellations made 60 or more days before the retreat start date are eligible for a 100% refund of any remaining balance paid (minus the initial deposit).

30 to 59 Days Prior to the Retreat: Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining balance paid.

0 to 29 Days Prior to the Retreat: Cancellations made within 29 days of the retreat start date are 0% refundable. No refunds, partial refunds, or future credits will be issued under any circumstances due to finalized vendor obligations.

Domestic Trip Insurance: We strongly advise all participants to purchase a third-party domestic trip insurance policy to protect their investment against unexpected personal illnesses, family emergencies, or vehicle issues.

4. Host Cancellation and Force Majeure

Low Enrollment: The Host reserves the right to cancel the Retreat if minimum enrollment numbers are not met. In this rare event, you will receive a 100% refund of all funds paid to the Host. The Host is not liable for any outside personal costs (such as gas or vehicle rentals).

Force Majeure: If the Retreat must be canceled, delayed, or rescheduled due to an Act of God, severe weather (e.g., severe Indiana river flooding), natural disaster, government restriction, or unexpected safety emergency at the venue, the Host will reschedule the event. Your funds will automatically transfer to the new date, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Venue Rules and Code of Conduct

The Retreat is hosted at Teter Retreat & Organic Farm, which operates as a ministry of the Noblesville First United Methodist Church.

Respect for the Property: Participants must strictly adhere to all venue rules, including respecting the organic farming plots, wildlife, and staying on designated trails along the White River.

Substance Policy: In alignment with the venue’s policies, the use of illegal drugs, unauthorized substances, or excessive alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on the property.

Expulsion: The Host reserves the right to immediately remove any participant from the property who behaves in a disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful manner toward the Host, staff, venue operators, or other guests. Expelled participants are not entitled to a refund.
